About Our Life Insurance Work in New Braunfels

We sort out which policy fits your situation, then stay on the file until the coverage is active. On day one you get an honest timeline. Every call is booked for a set time, and if an insurer runs behind, you hear about it from us.

How We Run Things

Most people put off life insurance because the process feels open-ended. You fill out an application, then hear nothing for weeks. We work the other way. Before you apply, we tell you what each step is and about how long it usually takes.

A typical policy moves through a few stages. First comes a conversation about what you want the coverage to do. Then the application, and often a short paramedical exam where a nurse checks your blood pressure and takes a blood sample at a time you pick. Underwriting follows. If the insurer asks your doctor for records, that part can add weeks, and it is mostly out of anyone's hands. We tell you that up front instead of guessing low.

When a date slips, you hear it from us first. We call with what changed, what the insurer is waiting on and what the new estimate looks like. If something needs your signature or an answer, we say exactly what and by when, so the file keeps moving.

What You Can Count On

  1. 01

A set time for every call

We book calls for a specific time that fits around your workday, and we keep it. If we need to move it, we tell you ahead and offer a new time.

  2. 02

    Estimates we would stand behind

We give you the realistic range for approval, not the best case. A simple term life policy with no exam can move quickly. A larger whole life or universal life policy that needs medical records takes longer, and we will say so before you start.

  3. 03

    Straight answers on what fits

Some clients need affordable term life for the years the kids are young and a mortgage is still running. Others want lifelong coverage, final expense insurance or retirement income planning. We explain the trade-offs and let you choose.

  4. 04

    Beneficiary details checked twice

Before a policy is delivered, we go over names, percentages and backup beneficiaries with you. A small mistake here is easy to fix now and hard to fix later.

Where We Work

New Braunfels is where we are based. We also take calls from people in Schertz, Seguin, Cibolo, Garden Ridge, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Converse, Universal City, Live Oak and Selma, and the process is the same wherever you are.

Most of the work happens by phone, so you can talk through a policy on a lunch break without driving anywhere. If it is easier to sit down in person, we can meet at your place of business at a time you set.
